The appointment system helps us manage the queue and ensure there is no overcrowding at our stations. However, this is not a guarantee that you will be served at the exact time of your appointment during peak travel periods (est. wait times 15min to 1hour). We will work hard to attend to you as soon as we can, and seek your understanding and patience. Thank you!

WHEN WILL I GET MY RESULTS?

For ALL PCR Swabs done before 5pm, you will get your Results and Travel Memo (for Travellers) the next day by 3pm.

For Kingsway Medical Clinics (Clementi & Braddell): If you do your swab between 5pm to 8pm (i.e. last appointment 7:40pm) at our clinics, you will still be able to get your results the next day by 5pm.

All Results & Travel Memos are issued via e-mail.
