Your Results & Notarised Travel Memo will be sent via E-mail to you. Do check your Spam / Junk Mail.
(Note: We do not provide hardcopies of your travel memo)
WHO CAN TAKE THE COVID-19 SWAB TEST? ANY AGE LIMIT?
Currently, anyone is able to choose to do a COVID-19 PCR Swab Test with us. We are able to do swabs for all ages at all our Swab Stations.
If your child (<6 years old) needs a blood test performed, do drop a message prior to your appointment.
CAN I WALK IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins subject to availability based on existing appointments. However, we encourage you to book an appointment in order to get your test done in a timely manner.
WHAT IS MY PRE-DEPARTURE TESTING WINDOW?
Your appointment for swab testing depends on requirements set by your destination country. We advise all travellers to check with their destination country's embassy on the set requirements at any given time.
WHAT IF I AM TRANSITING THROUGH ANOTHER COUNTRY?
Do note that pre-departure testing window requirements may apply to both the destination country, and as well the countries that you will be transiting through.
WHAT IF THE COVID-19 PCR SWAB TEST RESULTS FAIL TO BE READY ON TIME?
We partner with a Ministry of Health (MOH) approved Healthcare Institution (Kingsway Medical Clinic Pte. Ltd.) and multiple authorized Laboratories to provide COVID-19 PCR Swab and Serology Testing at affordable prices.
In the event that results are not furnished within 3 hours of your flight departure due to exingencies of service on the part of our clinic or laboratory partners, we will provide a full refund of the cost of test.
Do note that we reserve the right to reject service if your flight ticket departure timing does not fall within a reasonable period, in which we are able to reliably deliver your results on time. We follow a cut off flight departure timing before/at 5:30pm the next day. In this case, you may consider taking up an Express Swab or try an alternative PDT Test Provider.
WHAT IF I REQUIRE ADDITIONAL MEMO / HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR TRAVEL?
The COVID-19 test results and travel memo will be prepared in line with guidance from the Ministry of Health.
Should you require any further assistance in obtaining any additional memo, please inform us prior. Our doctors on site will be able to assist you.
WHAT IF THE PRE-DEPARTURE COVID-19 PCR SWAB TEST IS POSITIVE?
In the event of a positive result, we notify you. Home Recovery is the default for most people. In this case, you may contact our partner clinic - Kingsway Medical Clinic to arrange Telemedicine Services should you require medical advice or medications. WHAT IF THE COVID-19 PCR SWAB TEST RESULT IS INCONCLUSIVE ?
COVID-19 PCR Swab Test results may be inconclusive. In such cases a repeat test is required and is chargeable.
